About the "concierge" seasonal job in Vacation Niseko
There is a very subtle difference between the concierge and front desk jobs

Other companies can use this terminology interchangeably. We define the concierge job as a luxury front desk position.
Overall, the objectives of the jobs are the same. However, a concierge is responsible for fewer guests and as a result, aims to be more attentive to the needs of the guests. A great deal of the time of the concierge is spent driving guests to and from the slopes.
For example, LOFT Staff are responsible for four apartments, so a maximum of 25 guests - and in ASPECT the concierge team is responsible for a maximum of 60 guests.
The concierge manages the check-ins and check-outs and drives the guests around the village during their stay.
As you will see the same guests everyday and often, you will influence the quality of their stay significantly.
A LOFT or Aspect concierge will be:
ready to spend a considerable amount of time behind the wheel, snow or shine.
motivated to present a professional appearance at all times.
energetic, sociable and able to build a rapport with guests, without being intrusive or loud.
capable of absorbing a lot of information in a short amount of time. For example, navigating the in's and out's of the Hirafu restaurant scene in order to make spot on recommendations for prestige guests.
Our ideal candidate:
is enthusiastic, dynamic, reliable, outgoing
has hospitality experience in luxury properties or other ski resorts
has travel experience in several regions of the world and open to other cultures
has some Japanese proficiency though is not mandatory
has a valid international driving license, experience driving in snowy conditions
has a willingness engage with and drive guests around the village throughout the day
Working period:
Beginning of December until end of March (Full season)
