Working for the "Guest Support" team in Vacation Niseko

This team is the liaison between the maintenance and front desk teams.
You will be involved in pre-check-in inspections:
Making sure that the property is up to the cleanliness and presentation standards we require before a check-in
Making sure that all the appliances are working properly
You will be attached to the front desk team in the evening for guest support: answering maintenance-related questions about how to make a given appliance work, or detecting potential issues with heaters, TVs, Internet or other appliances
You may be required to do snow-clearing duties according to the needs of the maintenance team
You may help the Front Desk team with driving shifts, where you will drive guests from their accommodation to the lifts etc.
You will need to have experience in guest services or a guest-facing job.
You will need to have a good customer contact, as you would interact with guests mostly when things go wrong.
You will need to have experience as a skilled tradesman or other hands-on job in a maintenance team.
Beginning of December 2017 until end of March 2018 (Full season)
